Job summary

Indosat is seeking a hands-on technical professional to configure and deliver prepaid and CVM campaigns in a mass-market context. You will translate commercial requirements into robust technical configurations and ensure offers work end-to-end.

The role involves configuring products, testing APIs, running SQL validations, and troubleshooting activation and campaign delivery flows with a focus on reliability and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (CS/Info Sys/EE/Math)
• 1–3 years in telco product configuration, prepaid/charging systems, or campaign management
• Fresh grads with strong fundamentals considered

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain mass market prepaid products (tariffs, bundles, promotions) across provisioning, charging, and campaign systems.
• Support CVM campaigns (segmentation, offers, triggers) and translate requirements into configurations.
• Execute configuration tasks, run validations, inspect logs, and troubleshoot prepaid activation, charging, and campaign delivery flows.
