Responsibilities

• Develop premium ice cream and frozen dessert recipes from scratch.
• Research, formulate, and optimize products with a focus on balanced flavor and reduced sweetness.
• Create innovative ice cream and gelato flavor concepts aligned with the brand vision.
• Evaluate and select ingredients, stabilizers, emulsifiers, and other raw materials.
• Conduct product trials, sensory evaluations, and recipe improvements.
• Prepare product specifications, standard recipes, and R&D documentation.
• Provide technical recommendations on production processes, machinery, and equipment.
• Collaborate with the founding team to bring products to market.
