Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Visual Communication Design, Advertising, Multimedia, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media, Content Creation, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
• Proven experience building social media presence and campaigns from scratch or early-stage.
• Experience with premium or high-value brands is highly preferred.
• Ability to create premium-brand content reflecting image and customer perception.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative, with resilient attitude.
• Hands-on experience creating and editing social media content, including short-form videos and photography.
• Ability to monitor basic social media performance and derive insights.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily social media activities across relevant platforms in line with content strategy
• Create engaging content including short-form videos, photos, graphics, captions
• Support monthly content calendars and social media campaigns
• Conduct content research on trends, competitors, audience behavior
• Contribute ideas aligning with brand positioning and business goals
• Produce, edit, and publish content independently or with team
• Monitor daily performance, engagement, and audience responses
• Support community management by responding to comments and messages
• Collaborate with Manager and cross-functional teams on campaigns
• Help build the social media function from the ground up and test new approaches
