Qualifications

• Experience in retail, fashion, or customer-facing hospitality.
• Confident English communication with international guests.
• Interest in fashion, style, and product knowledge.
• High energy on the sales floor and proactive work approach.
• Reliable, detail-oriented and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests to create a memorable shopping experience.
• Develop product knowledge across all brands and recommend styles.
• Drive sales with active floor presence and targeted conversions.
• Manage fitting room flow, sizing, and stockroom alternatives.
• Keep floor merchandising, displays, and cleanliness up to standard.
• Process sales using Lightspeed POS accurately.
• Coordinate stock requests between floor and stockroom.
• Report stock gaps, damage, or display issues to supervisor.
• Assist opening/closing, including cash reconciliation and handover.
• Represent FINNS standards of presentation, professionalism, and hospitality.
