PT Metropolitan Kentjana Tbk - Pondok Indah Golf Apartment in South Jakarta is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive rental growth and secure long-term tenant relationships. You will promote available apartment units, engage prospective tenants, and guide leasing through to closing.

The role requires strong negotiation, a proven sales track record in real estate, fluent Indonesian and English, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
• Proven track record in sales, ideally in real estate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within residential property.
• Present property features, facilities, rental rates, and leasing benefits.
• Conduct apartment viewings and property tours highlighting selling points.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective tenants and residents.
• Manage the sales pipeline and track client interactions.
• Prepare and present rental offers and leasing packages.
• Negotiate rental terms to secure agreements and maintain occupancy.
• Maintain accurate records of rental activities and documentation.
• Meet monthly and quarterly rental targets and occupancy goals.
• Provide post-sale support and ensure client satisfaction.
