Ennovi in Batam is seeking a machining operator to produce precision parts per engineering drawings and specifications. You will operate and maintain milling, turning, drilling, and surface grinding equipment and ensure on-time delivery.

You will perform basic preventive maintenance, monitor performance, read tolerances, and keep inspection records while adhering to 5S and safety standards. The role emphasizes teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating milling, turning, drilling, and grinding equipment.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and tolerance charts.

Responsibilities

• Operate milling, turning, drilling, and surface grinding machines.
• Set up machines, adjust tools, and verify first-piece tolerance before production.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
• Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, dial indicators) to verify part accuracy.
• Carry out simple modifications or finishing operations on machined parts.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Maintain proper documentation for production and inspection records.
• Support production team by ensuring parts are machined and supplied on time.
• Adhere to workplace safety and 5S standards.
