Job summary

Caterpillar Indonesia Batam is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to lead a machining team, ensuring CNC milling, turning, shot blasting, heat treatment, and multitask operations run safely and efficiently on the shop floor.

You'll develop procedures, train new hires, manage schedules, enforce quality standards, and collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement, safety, and on-time production.

Qualifications

• Diploma in engineering is required.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in machining.
• Proficiency in English and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production line activities and coordinate between teams.
• Train new hires, manage scheduling, and monitor safety and performance.
• Create and maintain documentation for operating procedures and quality standards.
• Suggest improvements to safety, productivity and quality.
