You will keep kitchen areas clean, perform opening and closing procedures, and ensure FIFO stock management. Flexibility to work shifts and readiness to be placed at multiple Jakarta locations is required.

The role emphasizes sanitation, adherence to recipes, and proactive stock availability to minimize waste.

Qualificações

• High school/vocational culinary background preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare food orders for consumers with speed and accuracy.
• Ensure food quality meets company standards and SOPs.
• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.
• Perform kitchen opening and closing procedures daily according to protocol.
• Ensure food served complies with company SOPs and recipes.
• Implement FIFO (First In First Out) system for stock management.
• Maintain optimal availability of raw materials daily to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
