Job summary

PT ABC Kogen Dairy in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Internal Audit Leader to develop and execute annual internal audit plans, conduct operational and compliance audits, and strengthen internal controls across the business. You will oversee inventory, distributor operations, trade promotion and D&A program compliance, and lead the audit of manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution activities.

Travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CIA/CPA/CA/CFE certifications are advantageous.
• Minimum 7 years internal audit experience, 3+ years in FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk management, and audit processes.
• Experience with FMCG distribution, inventory management, trade promotions.
• Proficient in SAP/ERP and Excel; Power BI or SQL a plus.
• Willing to travel regularly.

Coordinate with external auditors and relevant stakeholders.

Lead, coach, and develop the Internal Audit team

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (CIA, CPA, CA, or CFE) are an advantage.

Minimum 7 years of Internal Audit experience, including at least 3 years in the FMCG industry.

Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk management, and audit processes.

Understanding of FMCG distribution, inventory management, and trade promotion activities.

Knowledge of manufacturing operations, warehouse management, and food safety standards is preferred.

Proficient in SAP/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. Power BI or SQL skills are a plus.

Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

High integrity and ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Willing to travel regularly for business trips.
