Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim, a glass processor manufacturing company in West Jakarta, is seeking a Supervisor PPIC to oversee production planning and inventory control. The role focuses on aligning materials, capacity, and schedules to meet demand efficiently.

You will collaborate with Finance and Purchasing to forecast needs, manage stock levels, and ensure procedures are followed. The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree and has strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Proficient in inventory management and MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving, detail-oriented, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor production planning.
• Create and control material requirements and stock.
• Ensure processes follow operational procedures.
• Coordinate with Finance and Purchasing on production needs.
• Calculate capacity with buffer stock based on demand.
• Review purchase orders and deliveries.
• Analyze operations and report to stakeholders.

We are a rapidly growing glass processor manufacturing company located in West Jakarta, looking for a Supervisor PPIC to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the planning and monitoring of production planning
• Make and control material requirements plan and material stock
• Ensure every process run efficiently and based on operational procedure
• Plan strategy of purchase goods and forecasting production needs with Finance and Purchasing department
• Calcuating the production capacity by order request in accurately with buffer stock according to days of inventory standards that are placed
• Reviewing purchase orders and delivery goods of the purchase
• Analyze and Report to the stakeholder.

Requirements

• Minimum S1 in Industrial Engineering or any related major
• Proficient in Ms. Office, inventory management, goods delivery
• Have strong problem-solving skill, detail oriented, good analyze, excellent communication and organizational skill.
