Job summary

PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk is seeking a seasoned PPIC & Warehouse Manager in East Java. You will develop work plans, supervise PPIC and warehouse operations, and ensure production aligns with demand while maintaining efficient material flow for both inbound and outbound goods.

Key requirements include a university degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, 5+ years in PPIC/Warehouse with 2+ years in a managerial role, and strong SAP/warehouse system expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 graduate in Industrial / Chemical Engineering or other Engineering from a reputed university.
• At least 5 years of PPIC and Warehouse experience, with 2 years in a managerial role in consumer goods, dairy, or beverage manufacturing.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System and SAP.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical, planning, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented and accurate in work, with solid understanding of inventory and demand management.
• Ready to be posted in East Java.

Responsibilities

• Make work plans and handle PPIC to align production with demand and organize Warehouse activities for efficient inbound/outbound material.
• Analyze production plans by calculating demand, capacity, delivery planning, and warehouse capacity impacts.
• Oversee receiving, storage, and delivery of materials and finished goods.
• Implement cost-saving measures to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Evaluate and set process standards in PPIC and Warehouse to ensure smooth operations.

Job description

Responsibilities :

• Make work plan, handle PPIC works to ensure the production plan is matched with demand and organize Warehouse works to ensure the efficiency of incoming and outgoing material (raw material & packaging material)
• Analyse production plan by calculating the data of demand, production capacity, delivery planning, warehouse capacity, and other matters having significant impact to ensure the production runs timely and accurately matched with demand
• Oversee process of receiving, storage, and delivery of material and finished products
• Handling processes and systems efficiently, implement cost-saving measures to increase the company’s effectiveness and efficiency
• Evaluate, review, and determine the standard of process in PPIC and Warehouse departments so that the operations run well and accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Minimum S1 graduate in major of Industrial / Chemical Engineering / other Engineering from a reputed university.
• Have minimum 5 years of experience in the fields of PPIC and Warehouse, and 2 years on managerial level in a consumer goods or Dairy or Beverage manufacturing company
• Experience in Warehouse Management System and SAP system
