Job summary

PT Ultra Sakti is a leading Indonesian pharmaceutical company with a portfolio of health and wellness brands. We are expanding our production planning team and seeking a PPIC Supervisor to coordinate demand forecasts, material availability, and manpower for efficient production targets.

The role requires supervising production planning activities, collaborating across departments, and ensuring optimal warehouse capacity and timelines. Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Pharmacy, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in PPIC, Production Planning, or related functions; fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills; ability to plan and organize work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and calculate production plans based on demand forecasts to ensure production targets are achieved.
• Monitor and ensure availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and other resources.
• Coordinate with departments to determine manpower and working hours based on plans.
• Monitor and evaluate production plans for alignment with targets and capacity.
• Coordinate with Warehouse to ensure sufficient storage capacity for planned output.
• Identify issues in production planning and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Prepare and maintain production planning reports and documentation.

Job Description

As a PPIC Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and evaluating production activities to ensure that production targets are achieved efficiently.
