PT Suri Tani Pemuka (JAPFA GROUP) in Banyuwangi is seeking a dedicated PPIC Supervisor to lead production planning, material control, and continuous process improvement across the PPIC function. You will collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, Production, M&E, and other units, overseeing PPIC team performance and staff development.

This role requires a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering or Statistics with 3-5 years of PPIC experience; English fluency is essential, Mandarin is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Statistics.
• 3-5 years of experience as PPIC Supervisor or related roles (PPIC/GA/Sales supervision).
• Fluency in English; Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Willing to be placed in Banyuwangi or other units across Indonesia.

Responsabilidades

• Plan production schedules and coordinate operational alignment with cross-functional teams (Sales, Warehouse, Production, M&E, and PPIC in other units) including machinery maintenance planning.
• Manage material requirements and availability for raw materials, packaging, and labels in coordination with Formulators and Procurement.
• Analyze production mass balance to monitor material efficiency.
• Lead, monitor, and evaluate PPIC team performance while fostering employee development.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and innovations to optimize PPIC process effectiveness.

Exciting opportunity for a dedicated PPIC Supervisor to join the dynamic team at PT Suri Tani Pemuka (JAPFA Group), a leading company in the aquaculture industry. This role will be based in Banyuwangi, you will manage production scheduling, material availability, efficiency analysis, PPIC team evaluations, and continuous operational process innovation.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering and Statistics.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a PPIC Supervisor, Accounting Supervisor, P&GA Supervisor, or Sales Supervisor.

Fluency in English and Mandarin will be an advantage

Willing to be placed in Banyuwangi or other units across Indonesia.
