Job summary

Taco Group is seeking an experienced PPIC professional to lead end-to-end planning, balancing demand, supply, and distribution to ensure on-time delivery and optimized inventory costs.

The role requires extensive experience in production planning, material planning, and inventory control, with strong analytical and leadership capabilities to drive continuous improvement across Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and Sales teams.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in PPIC, production planning, or inventory control.
• Strong understanding of production planning, material planning, inventory control, and production scheduling.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Ability to coordinate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Sales, and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end planning covering Demand, Supply, and Distribution Planning.
• Ensure smooth production through Production, Material, and Shipment Planning.
• Optimize inventory costs and stock levels to support business and customer requirements.
• Monitor customer orders and ensure service fulfillment and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and Distribution teams to align demand, supply, and inventory.
• Monitor PPIC performance, identify potential issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop the PPIC team to achieve operational targets.
