Job summary

PT Agung Makmur Surya, a plastic bag manufacturer, is seeking a PPIC professional to plan and control production, ensure material readiness, and monitor orders against schedule.

You will prepare daily and weekly production plans based on orders, machine capacity, and material availability; calculate material requirements; monitor inventory; coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and Admin Marketing; report constraints to the Factory Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in PPIC or production planning at manufacturing companies.
• Experience in plastic bag, plastic, or packaging industry is a plus.
• Understanding of production capacity planning, material requirement calculations, and inventory control.
• Able to use Microsoft Excel for data processing and report preparation, including PivotTable, SUMIFS, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Experience with ERP systems or production/inventory applications is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to prioritize, and actively coordinate with other departments.
• Willing to work in a factory environment and inspect actual production conditions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily and weekly production schedules based on orders, machine capacity, and material availability.
• Calculate raw material and supporting material requirements according to production plans.
• Monitor raw material inventory, work-in-process, and finished goods with the Warehouse department.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and Admin Marketing regarding order priorities and delivery schedules.
• Monitor production realization, remaining orders, and potential delays.
• Propose schedule adjustments when order changes, material delays, or machine disruptions occur.
• Prepare reports on production plans and realization and report constraints to the Factory Manager.
