Job summary

ANDRITZ is seeking a field service professional to operate and inspect equipment in the Power Boiler area at customer sites in Jakarta. You will manage customer requests on-site, prepare technical reports for both customers and supervisors, and ensure services align with purchase orders and safety standards.

This role requires visiting customers on a bi-weekly basis, maintaining a clean work environment, and contributing to strategic growth as part of the technical team in the Power Boiler

Responsibilities

• Manage customer request in the mill site
• Provide technical report both to customer and direct superior
• Responsible for equipment operation, the regular inspection of related equipment in Power Boiler Area
• Ensure spare part services is based on customer requested
• As a technical team for strategic business growth
• Adhere to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Ensure workplace safety and Health policies, procedures and regulations are followed
• Responsible for personal safety while working
• Visiting customer bi-weekly basis
• Doing services based on PO from customer
• Ensure technical services is completed in Power Boiler area
