Job summary

PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia Tbk is seeking a Maintenance Boiler Engineer to oversee inspection, testing, and troubleshooting of Boiler, AHS, and CHS equipment. You will coordinate field technicians, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure compliance with O&M manuals and HSE policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma III in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• 3–5 years of experience as Maintenance Boiler Engineer in Power Plant/Manufacturing or 5+ years in other industries.
• Knowledge of CMMS and boiler inspections.
• K3 Boiler Certification from Kemnaker RI is required.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).
• Willing to be placed in Tanjung-Tabalong, South Kalimantan (non-roster).

Responsibilities

• Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical equipment of Boiler, AHS and CHS to ensure reliability per O&M Manual and HSE compliance.
• Coordinate technicians for daily field work to implement maintenance plans.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Boiler, AHS and CHS per work orders.
• Inspect equipment condition to ensure reliable operation of Boiler, AHS and CHS.
• Provide timely finding reports and ensure corrective actions to prevent damage.
• Prepare maintenance plans including spare parts, consumables, permits, and manuals for technicians.
• Identify budgets and required items to ensure readiness of maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot and propose improvements to prevent recurrence of issues.
• Adhere to K3LH regulations and company policies to achieve zero accidents and environmental goals.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible to conduct inspection, testing and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment of Boiler, Ash Handling System (AHS) and Coal Handling System (CHS) in order to ensure the reliability of equipment according to O&M Manual standard and in accordance with compliance to HSE regulation, Company Policy and procedure.
• Coordinate the technician for daily works in the field in order to ensure the maintenance activity plan is well implemented in accordance with O&M manual.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for mechanical equipment of Boiler, AHS and CHS based on issued work order according to O&M Manual.
• Inspect and verify the mechanical equipment condition of Boiler, AHS, and CHS according to O&M Manual standard in order to ensure the equipment runs reliable and well function.
• Provide finding report of mechanical equipment of Boiler, AHS and CHS in timely manner to ensure the corrective action is well followed up to prevent potential damage of the equipment.
• Prepare the maintenance activity plan such as spare part, consumable, Permit to Work, manual instruction or other required documents to be well understand by technician to avoid any potential hazard and equipment damage.
• Prepare and identify required maintenance plan of mechanical equipment of Boiler, AHS, and CHS such as budget, spare part, consumable, and other required things to ensure the readiness of maintenance activity.
• Perform the troubleshooting and provide the improvement, solution and alternative ways to prevent reoccurrence on mechanical equipment of Boiler, AHS and CHS.
• Implement the K3LH regulation, prcedures & working instructions and applicable Management System in Mechanical Section in accordance with Company policy in order to achieve Company Objective, Zero Accident & Zero Environmental Pollution and Power Plant operational target and quality standard.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma III (D3) degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Maintenance Boiler Engineer from Power Plant/ Manufacturing Industry or min. 5 years from any Industry
• Good knowledge or experience about CMMS System & boiler inspections
• Have K3 Boiler Certification from Kemnaker RI
• Good command in English both verbal and written
• Willing to be placed in Tanjung-Tabalong, South Kalimantan (non-roster)
