Job summary

PT Amber Solusi Internasional is seeking a Power Platform developer with 2+ years of experience. You will work closely with HRIS to build HR-related applications and automate processes, using PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint Online.

You should be passionate about learning new technologies and capable of delivering AI-enabled solutions. HRIS experience is preferred, and willingness to be placed in an insurance company is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Power Platform implementation and development.
• At least 1 full-cycle project in Power Platform.
• Passion for researching and building AI-enabled solutions.
• HRIS experience is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the HRIS team as part of HRIS team.
• Support and develop HR related applications or automation.
• Improve HR systems and processes.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics.
• Support HR technology projects and stakeholder coordination.
• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

More than 2 years experience as Power Platform developer (PowerApps, PowerAutomate cloud, PowerAutomate for desktop, SharePoint Online, Power BI)

Min 1 full cycle project development in Power Platform implementation

Have passion in researching and building AI enabled solutions

Experience in HRIS or HR application development is preferable

Willing to be placed in an insurance company

Have passion in learning new technology

Work with harmony between heart and brain.
