Job summary

JAPFA seeks a Project Coordinator to lead schedule control, coordinate multidisciplinary site teams, and monitor contractor performance. You will validate progress, track milestones, and drive corrective actions to keep projects on track.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in construction management, strong planning and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Project/Primavera and data dashboards. Travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple disciplines and interfaces.
• Experience on Owner’s or Consultant’s side preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; PM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor overall project progress against schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate site teams and ensure reporting aligns with priorities.
• Review contractor performance, plans, and recovery actions.
• Prepare weekly/monthly status reports and dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with quality, HSE, and contractual obligations.
• Escalate issues to management and support handover activities.
