Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, computer science, information systems, economics, finance, engineering, or related fields.
• 4–7 years of experience in Risk Analytics, Portfolio Management, Credit Risk, or related areas.
• Experience within banking, consumer finance, fintech, or lending industries preferred.
• Solid analytical skills and SQL knowledge to interpret data and provide insights.
• Proactive, motivated, and capable in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

As a Portfolio Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting data analytics on the portfolio of all HCID products. You will provide both periodical and ad-hoc reports and actively contribute as a representative of the Risk Department in various cross-functional projects. Your insights will enable concerned parties to make well-informed strategic decisions.

What you will do:

• Monitor portfolio performance, delinquency trends, and risk indicators.
• Conduct portfolio segmentation, vintage, and cohort analysis.
• Prepare portfolio forecasts, budgets, and scenario analysis.
• Support provisioning and IFRS 9 analysis.
• Validate data and assess portfolio impacts on ECL results.
• Support CRC, PQR, MBR, and executive reporting.
• Track and report key portfolio performance metrics.
• Develop portfolio dashboards and analytical reports.
• Perform SQL-based data analysis and reporting automation.
• Support new product, system, and process improvement projects.

What you will need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Information System, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 4-7 years of experience in Risk Analytics, Portfolio Management, Credit Risk, or related areas.
• Experience within banking, consumer finance, multifinance, fintech, or lending industries is preferred.
• Solid analytical skills and SQL technical knowledge with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
