Job summary

PT LOTTE Chemical Indonesia seeks a Polymer Lab Specialist to lead analysis method development and method validation for polymer materials. You will maintain calibration and maintenance logs, monitor chemical inventories, and ensure compliance with ISO 9000/14001 and safety standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or relevant major.
Min 3 years of petrochemical laboratory experience (Polymer).
Knowledge of polymer testing equipment (MI, APS, FTIR, etc.).
Understand ISO 9000/14001/SMK3 or related systems.
Familiar with data evaluation and reporting systems and SAP.

Responsibilities

Develop, review, and improve analysis methods for polymer testing.
Maintain daily operation readiness of polymer lab equipment and calibration logs.
Monitor chemicals, consumables, and spare parts inventory; prepare PRs.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and ISO standards; document procedures.
Support procurement and technical evaluation for lab needs.
