Job summary

Bank Universal BPR is seeking a Policy & Procedure specialist to develop, review, and update the Bank’s policies and procedures. The role ensures alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.

You'll collaborate with relevant stakeholders to support policy implementation and maintain comprehensive policy and regulatory documentation. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of experience in policy, compliance, or risk management within the banking sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Policy & Procedure, Compliance, Risk Management, or related fields
• Familiar with developing and reviewing policies and procedures
