Job summary

ATW Solar Indonesia, a TRIVE subsidiary, seeks a PMO Intern to support project coordination and reporting.

Final-year students or fresh graduates from Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or Management will assist in monitoring progress, updating trackers, and preparing meeting materials. Ideal candidates have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, good analytical and communication abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and with a team.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate from Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Management, or related fields.
• Interested in Project Management, Project Control, and Project Coordination.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring project progress, timelines, and milestones.
• Update project trackers, reports, and project documentation.
• Collect and consolidate project updates from related departments.
• Assist in tracking project issues, risks, and action items.
• Support project meetings, including preparing materials and meeting minutes.
• Follow up with PICs regarding project updates and pending tasks.
• Assist in project data analysis and reporting.
