Job summary

ATW Solar Indonesia, a TRIVE subsidiary, seeks a Site Supervisor to lead solar panel installation projects on site and develop construction methods for on-site work. You will oversee safety, schedule, and reporting to ensure timely delivery and high-quality performance.

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree, understands technical drawings and basic electrical concepts, and can lead teams or work independently. Proficiency in MS Office is beneficial for planning and documentation.

Qualifications

• Renewable energy enthusiasm is preferred.
• Deep understanding of technical drawing and basic electrical knowledge.
• Good interpersonal skills and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work independently or in a team and not afraid of heights.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

Responsibilities

• Create construction methods for solar panel installation.
• Manage project schedule and project financial planning.
• Prepare daily and weekly project progress reports.
• Ensure all work is conducted with quality and efficiency, especially solar panel performance.
