Job summary

Yayasan WWF Indonesia is seeking a PMEL Officer to strengthen learning, planning, monitoring, and adaptive management for the Papua Landscape project. The role focuses on developing results frameworks, indicators, monitoring tools, and evidence to inform decision-making and program improvements.

You will coordinate with program teams, collect and verify data, manage PMEL records, produce management reports, and facilitate learning sessions to drive data-driven decisions and accountability across

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Management, Economics, Conservation, or a related field (Master's degree an advantage).
2–3 years of relevant professional experience.
2–3 years at a comparable position level.

Responsibilities

Plan and maintain PMEL plans, frameworks, timelines, and monitoring schedules.
Develop results frameworks, indicators, and monitoring plans with program teams.
Ensure data quality through verification, validation, triangulation, and data checks.
Maintain PMEL records, datasets, and means of verification.
Prepare PMEL reports, dashboards, and evidence-based management products.
Facilitate learning sessions and document lessons learned for adaptive management.
