Job summary

PT GSI Site - Wolo in Southeast Sulawesi seeks a Plant & Maintenance Manager/Senior Superintendent to lead maintenance programs, drive reliability, and manage a technical team. The role requires strong planning, budgeting, and leadership skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, at least five years of senior maintenance experience, POP certification, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience as Plant & Maintenance Manager / Senior Superintendent.
• POP certification (POM certification is an advantage).
• Proficient in maintenance planning, fleet management, troubleshooting, PA, MTBF, MTTR, BD Ratio, Backlog, and RM Cost.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance budgeting and cost control.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
