Job summary

Cladtek Holdings Pte Ltd. is seeking an HSE Officer in Batam to assist the HSE Manager in implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental practices in the factory in line with SMK3, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.

You will perform daily safety patrols, ensure PPE usage, oversee equipment certifications, waste water treatment and waste management, and promptly report potential pollution to the HSE Manager. Diploma 3 or equivalent is required; AK3 certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma 3 in Engineering or HSE field is required.
• Senior high school with at least 4 years of related experience.
• AK3 Labor Department certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of SMK3, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Presentation) and basic Adobe editor.
• Understanding of job-related procedures and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Implement HS&E policies and procedures in the local workshop.
• Conduct daily safety patrols and ensure PPE compliance.
• Propose improvements to HS&E system and procedures.
• Coordinate with supervisors for equipment certification and safe conditions.
• Monitor waste water treatment, waste management, and environmental conditions.
• Deliver PPE and communicate best practices; report potential pollution to HSE Manager.
