Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an HSE Manager to lead and direct the plant's health, safety and environment programs, aligning with corporate initiatives and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include coordinating safety, environmental and energy-efficiency efforts, conducting risk assessments, and guiding training and certification for personnel involved in HSE activities. Excellent English is required, and notable experience in manufacturing HSE is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level qualifications in safety, environment, or engineering.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing HSE and programs.
• Professional certifications related to HSE (AK3 Umum and SMK3 Auditor) are essential.
• Excellent English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Direct plant HSE to achieve targets and objectives.
• Develop, maintain and achieve goals supporting corporate initiatives.
• Provide ergonomic evaluations and energy conservation surveys.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and requirements.
• Lead investigations of incidents and accidents to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Establish timely reporting mechanisms in support of corporate direction.
• Engage with governmental authorities and maintain permits and databases.
• Identify training and certification requirements for personnel collaborating with HSE.
• Integrate HSE programs across plant operations and with corporate initiatives.
• Respond to emergencies involving environment, employees and community.
• Comply with ethics policy and inform management of regulatory issues.
• Lead knowledge transfer forums and share best practices.
