Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced General Affairs Leader to oversee facility and asset management, licenses, and administrative services within a Japanese manufacturing setting. You will manage vendors, drive environmental compliance, and lead the GA team to support overall business objectives.

You will coordinate environmental reporting, manage budgets, and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and adherence to regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of General Affairs or HRGA experience, preferably in a Japanese manufacturing company.
• Strong knowledge of facility management, licensing, environmental compliance, and administrative operations.
• Familiar with environmental reporting systems (SIMPEL, RKL-RPL, etc.).
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good analytical and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Possess a valid Driver's License (SIM A) and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility, office, and property management to ensure a safe, efficient environment.
• Manage company assets, equipment, utilities, and administrative services.
• Lead GA activities including licenses, vendor/contractor management, vehicles, transportation, accommodations, and canteen operations.
• Ensure environmental facilities management, including WWTP/STP and waste management.
• Prepare and submit environmental reports (RKL-RPL, SIMPEL) via government systems.
• Coordinate environmental compliance activities and maintain permits and documentation.
• Monitor GA budgets and expenses.
• Lead and develop the GA team, including SHE activities.
• Coordinate facility maintenance, security, housekeeping, landscaping, and utilities.
