Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a facilities HSE specialist to manage and maintain safe and reliable operations within a manufacturing setting. You will drive compliance with OHS and environmental regulations while coordinating with multiple departments.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in related field, hands-on experience in facility management and HSE, and familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Strong communication and reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in facility management, HSE, or environmental management, preferably in manufacturing
• A valid General OHS Expert (AK3 Umum) certificate is preferred
• Other certifications related to OHS or environmental management are an advantage
• Experience in handling PROPER assessments is an advantage
• Good understanding of OHS regulations, environmental regulations, and waste management
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
• Good communication, analytical, coordination, and reporting skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and identify workplace hazards and environmental risks
• Monitor waste management and pollution prevention activities
• Coordinate with related departments and external parties on facility maintenance and HSE improvements
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain HSE documentation
