Job summary

IKPT invites energetic fresh graduates to join our Engineering & Project Management team in Jakarta as a Project Planner. In this role you will support project planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting under senior supervision.

You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and familiarity with Primavera P6 or MS Project, plus strong Excel skills. English proficiency is required for coordination with international stakeholders and internal teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Industrial) or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Project Planning/Scheduling/Control; fresh graduates welcome.

Job description

• 0–2 years of experience in Project Planning, Scheduling, or Project Control. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of WBS, S-Curve, progress measurement, and project reporting is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

PT Inti Karya Persada Tehnik (IKPT) is a private engineering and construction company listed in Indonesia, having its head office in Jakarta. IKPT was established in February 1982 under the law of Indonesia, IKPT provides an array of services for heavy industries such as; project management, design Engineering, Procurement, Construction activities, for LNG, Oil and Gasa, Refinery, Chemical, Petrochemical, Powerplant, and other heavy industries (mining, dock, building.
