Job summary

IKPT in Jakarta is seeking an experienced EPC Project Scheduler to lead scheduling, progress monitoring and reporting across LNG, oil, refinery, and other heavy-industry projects.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 3–5 years of EPC experience and is proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Power BI, plus strong English communication. You will coordinate with multiple disciplines and support tender through construction phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent required.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in EPC projects, particularly in proposal/tender stage and construction phase.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project), and data visualization tools (Power BI).
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, progress monitoring, reporting, and document control.
• Good understanding of EPC project workflow and coordination across disciplines.
• Excellent English proficiency (both written and spoken), with strong communication and interface skills.

IKPT completed the project one month ahead of schedule and received an award for 12 million man-hours for continous work with zero accidents or fatalities.
