Job summary

PT Coats Rejo Indonesia is seeking an experienced planning professional to lead demand and capacity planning for its Bogor and Pasuruan operations. You will drive forecast accuracy, coordinate SNOP processes, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Production and Supply Chain teams to optimize inventory and service levels.

The role requires 7+ years in manufacturing planning, strong SAP APO/ERP experience, and excellent English communication for global teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Production Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, or a related role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production planning, capacity planning, inventory management, and forecasting processes.
• Experience with SAP APO, SAP ERP, or other advanced planning systems.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct demand planning activities by collecting, consolidating, and analyzing market information to develop accurate and reliable demand forecasts.
• Monitor forecast performance and prepare forecast accuracy and excess forecast reports to support business analysis and decision-making.
• Prepare SNOP reports to provide visibility of capacity utilization for the next 6 to 12 months and support strategic planning initiatives.
• Perform medium-term capacity planning.
• Support production and inventory planning.
• Manage APO/SNP and PPDS planning activities.
• Monitor and coordinate planning alerts to ensure timely resolution of supply, production, and sales order issues.
• Track and report unsatisfied customer orders, including quantity and delivery date gaps, and provide monthly summaries.
• Control and review production allocation activities.
• Review order frequency and inventory profiles to define stock and non-stock items while maintaining targeted service levels and inventory performance.
• Follow up on production progress and coordinate with related departments to ensure production execution matches the approved plan.
• Prepare and analyze monthly reports on production output versus material consumption to support operational performance monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Production, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to ensure effective planning and customer service.
