Job summary

Techconnect.id seeks a Mine Plan Operations Supervisor to oversee supporting infrastructure within the Mine Plan Operation Department, ensuring design realization and work completion timelines align with nickel ore and overburden production targets while upholding quality and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities include supervising pit activities end-to-end, conducting field inspections, daily/weekly/monthly planning, monitoring mine design and production, managing rental units, and enforcing

Qualifications

Education: S1 Mining Engineering or Geological Engineering (nickel mine-plan experience is a plus).
Work Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role; blasting engineer background is an advantage.
Training/Certification: POP, ISMKP.
Driving Requirement: Valid SIM A for driving a light vehicle.

Responsibilities

Supervise pit activities end-to-end—from the OB loading point and ore-getting through to the disposal area and stockpile access path.
Conduct inspections and field observations, and prepare related reports.
Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly work plans are carried out properly.
Monitor and evaluate mine design formation and production achievement.
Oversee rental units and prepare summary reports on their usage.
Supervise and monitor Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (K3LH) compliance for subordinates/contractors under their responsibility.
