Job summary

PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk in Karawaci, Banten, seeks an experienced Infrastructure Engineer (Piping & Drainage Design) to lead the piping and drainage infrastructure for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. You will develop detailed designs, perform hydraulic analyses, and coordinate with environmental and regulatory stakeholders to ensure compliance and high-quality deliverables.

Minimum 3–5 years of piping and drainage design experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in piping and drainage design for property development or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D or equivalent CAD tools.
• Strong knowledge of piping systems, drainage design, and wastewater management.
• Familiarity with Indonesian environmental regulations, building codes, and drainage standards.
• PE license or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design piping and drainage systems for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• Perform hydraulic and hydrological analyses to determine system capacity.
• Prepare drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for piping infrastructure.
• Conduct site assessments to evaluate existing conditions and needs.
• Coordinate with environmental consultants for regulatory compliance.
• Review construction documents to verify design adherence.
• Engage with authorities to secure permits and approvals.
• Conduct feasibility studies considering technical and economic factors.
• Provide construction phase support including site inspections.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to integrate piping with other infrastructure components.
• Stay updated on industry standards and best practices.
