About the role

PT Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa (Mitra10) is seeking a Pick up & Delivery Staff member to join our dynamic operations team in Tangerang, Banten. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders efficiently and reliably. As a Pick up & Delivery Staff member, you will be the face of Mitra10 to our customers, responsible for managing the collection and delivery of products with professionalism and care. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

Collect items from customers or warehouse locations according to delivery schedules and orders

Deliver products to designated customer addresses in a timely and professional manner

Verify order accuracy and condition of items before collection and delivery

Maintain accurate records of all pick-ups and deliveries using company systems

Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary

Ensure vehicles are well-maintained, clean and adequately stocked with supplies

Follow all safety and traffic regulations while operating delivery vehicles

Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to optimise collection and delivery routes

What we're looking for
