Job summary

PT Nakula Manajemen Indonesia Nakula Hospitality Management, based in Kuta, Bali, seeks a talented Photographer & Photo Editor to capture and produce compelling visuals for our hospitality properties and services. You will handle photos across marketing channels and help tell our brand story through visuals.

The role requires proven photography and editing experience, strong software skills (Lightroom/Photoshop), and the ability to manage large photo libraries while collaborating with marketing

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a photographer and photo editor for hospitality/travel or commercial photography.
• Advanced proficiency in photo editing using industry-standard software.
• Strong knowledge of composition, lighting, exposure, and colour correction.
• Ability to maintain consistency across large sets of images and manage assets effectively.
• Familiarity with digital asset management systems and file organization best practices.
• Clear communication and collaboration with marketing teams; ability to meet deadlines.

About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer & Photo Editor to join Nakula Management. This is a full-time position based in Kuta, Bali, offering an exciting opportunity to work in the vibrant hospitality and tourism industry. As Photographer & Photo Editor, you will be responsible for capturing stunning visual content and producing high-quality edited images that showcase our properties and services. This role is integral to our marketing and promotional efforts, ensuring our brand is represented through compelling visual storytelling across all platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photographs of hotel properties, rooms, amenities, events, and guest experiences for use in marketing materials and digital platforms
• Edit and retouch photographs using professional software to enhance visual appeal whilst maintaining brand consistency
• Manage and organise photographic assets and digital files in a structured and accessible manner
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to understand visual requirements and deliver images that align with campaign objectives
• Produce photographs for website content, social media platforms, print materials, and promotional campaigns
• Ensure all photography and editing work meets quality standards and brand guidelines
• Stay current with photography trends, techniques, and editing software to continuously improve the quality of deliverables
• Assist with video content creation and photography for special events, conferences, and promotional activities

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a photographer and photo editor, with a portfolio demonstrating proficiency in hospitality, travel, or similar commercial photography
• Advanced proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, or equivalent professional tools
• Strong technical knowledge of photography, including composition, lighting, exposure, and colour correction
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain consistency across large volumes of images
• Knowledge of digital asset management systems and best practices for file organisation
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with marketing, communications, and operations teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Creative eye with the ability to visually tell stories that engage and inspire audiences
• Familiarity with social media content requirements and platform specifications is advantageous
• Experience with video editing or content creation is preferred but not essential
