Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group (Tbk) is seeking a Pharmacist Manager to oversee hospital pharmacy services, ensuring safe and high-quality medication management across departments. You will plan SOPs, monitor indicators, and lead a team while coordinating with doctors, nurses, and suppliers to enhance patient care.

The role requires a Pharmacy degree with at least two years of hospital experience, strong leadership, and solid knowledge of regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor/Master Pharmacy degree.
Minimum 2 years hospital/healthcare experience preferred.
Strong leadership and staff management abilities.
Solid understanding of pharmacy regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication with staff, patients and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

Carry out pharmaceutical management and supply according to hospital needs and policies.
Manage pharmaceutical supplies ensuring safety and quality.
Plan and prepare SOPs and department work programs aligned with hospital vision.
Monitor hospital-wide indicators and improvement priorities.
Guide and develop staff, assessing competency and performance.
Act as Secretary of the Pharmacy and Therapy (KFT) Committee, coordinating meetings.
Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to improve service quality.
Contribute to quality improvement by documenting incidents per department objectives.
Oversee overall pharmaceutical service implementation and staff performance against standards.
