Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group is seeking a Pharmacy staff member to support pharmaceutical services across inpatient and outpatient settings. You will handle prescriptions, compounding, and dispensing while ensuring accuracy and adherence to hospital standards.

You will interact with patients at the counter, confirm details, provide medication usage information, and assist in inventory management and record-keeping. The role requires attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Graduate from Pharmacy.
• Have minimum 1 year work experience in the same field.
• Proficiency in pharmacy technology, including automated dispensing systems and electronic health records.
• High attention to detail for accurate medication preparation and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, such as handling prescriptions and maintaining inventory, efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Receiving prescriptions and compounding medicines for outpatient and inpatient pharmacy services.
• Serving patients at the pharmacy counter and processing payments, providing information and confirming prices.
• Carrying out preparation and labeling of medicines per standards and procedures.
• Double-checking prescriptions and invoices against doctor’s orders before dispensing.
• Managing inventory and recording goods received and left from the outpatient unit.
• Attending training and generating reports to support hospital indicators.
