Job summary

International Beauty Products Ltd. in Jakarta seeks a Pharma Registration Supervisor to lead and coordinate pharmaceutical product registrations with BPOM, ensuring compliance with regulations and timelines.

You will prepare and review CTD/ACTD dossiers, manage regulatory communications, and collaborate with manufacturing sites and internal teams to achieve timely Marketing Authorization. Fluent English is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or pharmacist (Apoteker) from a reputable university.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical product registration.
• Able to independently prepare registration dossiers per ACTD/CTD; English documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, and manage CTD/ACTD dossiers for BPOM registration and export.
• Execute registration activities for various pharmaceutical products within timelines.
• Manage regulatory correspondence with BPOM and regulatory authorities.
