Job summary

Watsons Indonesia is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Supervisor to manage product registrations and ensure regulatory and halal compliance for Watsons Own Brand and imported products.

You will coordinate BPOM registrations, review labels and packaging, and guide cross-functional teams on regulatory requirements. Fluency in English and strong communication with regional stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy is required.
• Apoteker certification is preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs.
• Strong experience in handling BPOM registrations.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, cosmetics, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian regulatory requirements and halal regulations.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Able to communicate effectively with regional and international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage product registrations and license renewals with BPOM and relevant authorities.
• Review regulatory documentation, product claims, labels, and packaging compliance.
• Monitor registration progress and ensure timely approvals.
• Ensure compliance with BPOM, Ministry of Health, and Halal Product Assurance regulations.
• Coordinate halal certification and maintain compliance with halal assurance requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with BPOM, government agencies, and certification bodies.
• Provide regulatory guidance to Commercial, Marketing, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
