Job summary

DKSH Management Ltd. in Jakarta seeks an Assistant Internal Audit to evaluate risk management, internal controls, governance and compliance processes within a pharmaceutical distributor and commercial environment. You will conduct GMP/GDP and regulatory audits to ensure adherence to FDA, EMA, and local health authority requirements.

You will support audit projects, monitor remediation actions, prepare reports, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting, business, or finance is preferred.
• Experience with pharmaceutical distributors and regulatory audits is preferred.
• Fluency in local language; English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operating expenditures against budgets.
• Assist annual audit assignments related to governance, risk management and controls.
• Track and compile risks and internal control deficiencies.
• Collaborate with external auditors on follow-up actions.
• Prepare audit reports and quarterly financial reviews.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify improvements.
