Job summary

IMECON TEKNINDO is seeking an Expeditor to verify custody transfer measurements, monitor and reconcile terminal, vessel, barge, and pipeline figures, and oversee petroleum product sampling procedures.

You will maintain real-time operation records, coordinate with terminal operators and surveyors, and work closely with operations teams. Minimum 3–5 years in oil terminal operations or related fields, with knowledge of API MPMS, ASTM sampling standards, and tank gauging. Based in East Kalimantan.

Qualifications

• Must have strong understanding of custody transfer and petroleum measurement processes.
• Experience with tank gauging, sampling, and reconciliation of volume/mass measurements.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ASTM and API MPMS standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify custody transfer measurements before and after product movements.
• Monitor and reconcile terminal, vessel, barge, or pipeline figures to document losses or gains.
• Oversee petroleum product sampling procedures and ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain real-time operational records including flow rates, delays, and product movements.
• Coordinate with terminal operators, third-party surveyors, vessel officers, and operations teams.
• Willing to be based in East Kalimantan and operate across multiple facilities.
