Job summary

PT. PETOUR PETFOOD is seeking a Content Ideation & Production specialist to craft monthly and weekly content calendars for TikTok, Instagram Reels/Feeds, and other digital channels.

You will lead pre-production, shooting coordination, and basic editing, while acting as on-camera talent during brand events. You will monitor performance, test formats, optimize organic reach, and build active community engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years in digital content creation or social media management.
• Strong portfolio showing high-performing TikTok/Instagram Reels content with measurable metrics.
• On-camera talent with basic shooting and editing skills.
• Excellent storytelling and copywriting adaptable to brand voices.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly content calendars and storyboards for TikTok, Instagram Reels/Feeds, and other digital channels.
• Lead pre-production, shooting coordination, and basic editing; serve as on-camera talent during brand events.
• Monitor content metrics, test formats, and optimize organic reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with Brand Lead, Graphic Designers, Videographers, KOL team, and integrated marketing teams on campaigns.
• Ensure brand governance and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
