Seven Retail is seeking a Performance Marketing Associate Manager in Jakarta to lead paid media across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok and SEO, designing and optimizing campaigns to drive user acquisition and growth.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of proven performance marketing experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional Brand and Marketing teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize paid channels to drive user acquisition across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok and SEO.
• Conduct regular analysis to identify room for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
• Provide regular reporting (weekly and monthly), including channel performance review, data insights, and action plan.
• Continuously conduct an A/B test experiment to optimize campaign.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand, Marketing) to deliver high performing campaign.
