Job summary

ISMAYA GROUP is seeking a candidate to support CRM campaigns across vouchers, missions, push notifications and in-app banners. The role involves assisting with campaign setup and pre-launch checks, monitoring performance, and creating simple reports.

You’ll help with customer segmentation and maintain campaign trackers and documentation, working with Retention, Product and Brand teams. This position offers exposure to a variety of brands under the ISMAYA GROUP umbrella across Indonesia, with
