Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Data Analytics professional to drive P&L analysis, build dashboards, and deliver actionable insights for multiple business functions from its West Jakarta office.

You will collect data from diverse sources, ensure data quality, and develop KPIs to measure performance. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI is essential, with strong communication to present findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, with focus on P&L analysis.
• Proficient in Excel and data visualization with Power BI.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure.
• Office-based role at West Jakarta office.

Responsibilities

• Collect data from various sources including financial reports, operational metrics, sales data and customer feedback.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, completeness and reliability for analysis.
• Organize data to be easily accessible and usable by stakeholders.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to measure business performance across functions.
• Design and maintain dashboards that provide real-time visibility into metrics.
• Generate regular performance reports highlighting key findings and trends.
• Conduct trend analysis to inform strategic decisions and benchmark against industry standards.
• Apply statistical methods to analyze data and draw insights.
• Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Evaluate resource utilization, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Measure productivity and identify opportunities for operational improvement.

Job Requirements

• Minimal 2 years of working experience in Data Analytics, especially in P&L analysis.
• Strong exposure in excel skills & data visualization with power BI.
• Able to work under pressure, has good interpersonal & communication skill.
• Willing to work fully from office (Placement in West Jakarta office).
