Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align people strategy with business goals across our fast-paced organization. You will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders up to VP level, translating business needs into effective HR plans.

You will lead performance management, organization development, and HR data analysis, driving continuous improvement and workforce planning while ensuring adherence to policies and governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in an equivalent HR role.
• Proven experience managing stakeholders at VP level or equivalent for at least 2 years.
• Strong hands-on experience in performance management, organization development, and HR data analysis.
• HRBP certification is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling urgent, high-impact situations.
