Ruangguru.com is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic and operational HR advisor to stakeholders up to VP level. You will lead performance management processes, drive organization development initiatives, and provide data-driven insights to leadership.

The role requires strong communication, influencing skills, and the ability to manage urgent, high-impact situations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in an equivalent HR role.
• Proven experience managing stakeholders at VP level or equivalent for at least 2 years.
• Strong hands-on experience in performance management, organization development, and HR data analysis.
• HRBP certification is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling urgent, high-impact situations.
