Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing VP-level stakeholders for at least 2 years.
• Hands-on experience in performance management, organization development, and HR data analysis.
• HRBP certification is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.

• Manage complex stakeholder dynamics, including conflicting decisions, urgent business needs, and issue escalation.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, regulations, and governance, while offering alternative solutions when requests conflict with HR rules.
